So sorry I don't have much to go on. I had just woken up and turned on my tv and the video was playing. Had a neat tune. I can describe the video

White girl riding on a bike the entire time she was singing...like through a dreamy landscape. At the end she rides her bike into a giant mouth of what looks liked a illustrated head.

I think (?) she had like whitish bluish dreadlocks? She was wearing like a plaid skirt, and white blouse.
