Broken image links for some users avatars

I've noticed that some users have a missing avatar picture, such as DavidT4

It would be nice if instead of displaying the broken image symbol, it just reverted to the default generic avatar

In some cases users remove their avatars. Of course, we will check this problem. Any other broken Avatars?
