Display Bug for Pending Proposals

When I visit the pending proposals page on my profile, it doesn't display properly.

It displays correctly for pending follows, confirmed follows, and other pages. It displays correctly when I open it in desktop mode.

When I access pending proposals on mobile, it looks like this

Do you by any chance have another phone to try this on? I just tested it on iPhone and everything looks OK.

I've used Firefox's responsive design mode on my computer to check the site on different phones. It's buggy for lots of different phones. It seems to occur when the viewport size is less than 798 pixels wide.

You can access responsive design mode with Ctrl+Shift+M
Or via menu->more tools->responsive design mode

We've run very extensive tests today and haven't seen any of the issues shown above.
