Maybe encode special characters differently
i.e. Alex'sL should be in URL /profile/Alex!APsl (!AP will be the apostrophe)
The ! character should be forbidden in nicknames, and use !eUM for ë, !aC for â and such

Or any other kind of encoding you guys know of
