I think the time has come for the »Dislike« button.

If someone gives an answer that others think is incorrect, we could warn the requester not to confirm it.
And the cherry on top, two »Dislike« will automatically clear the answer after 7 days.

This button existed before, but it was removed because many used it to upset whoever answered and not because they thought the answer was wrong.

...and if someone thinks the answer is wrong he/she can either say so in the comments or suggest the correct answer.

As already mentioned, this button was active before and was removed due to misuse. Most likely it will not be reactivated, unless many users want it

Well, you're right guys, but what should we do if we can't find the right answer for months?
The incorrect answer stays there, and in my experience, where there is already an answer, that request is listened to by fewer users.

May we can add an option like "Report incorrect proposal" which will go to the admins for inspection?

Yes, it is a very good solution, thus at least a possible mistaken confirmation is kept in mind.
