Yes, alas, so far it's unrealistic to identify this track (without confident knowledge & memory of the specific name of the artist(-s) and about a specific title, based only on such a short WZS sample Without lyrics & + only on the basis of what, as we hear: a sample from the old eternal theme of Morricone's used in this track, which could potentially turn out to be any one of *tens of thousands* of electro-tracks created in the world over the last dozen years (at least:) And, obviously, there's no info (yet) on W.S., partly about this reason..

But, we'll not lose hope;)
