Correcting Wrong Answers

I appeal to the site administration with such a proposal. We can all see that there are many bogus software responses or just wrong answers that are accepted by the requesters, but later it turns out that these are actually other real artists and real song titles. So is it possible to correct already accepted answers?

Thank you for raising this concern. It's absolutely valid, but also a bit delicate as it might create problems, especially if the post is already confirmed.
As a partial solution, if you are the post owner or the one who made the proposal, you can add the correct YouTube link, using the "Not the right video? Edit it" option. You can also report it to a moderator using the contact form so he/she can edit it for you.

I rarely have this. Normally, I do some research the song ain't fake before accepting it. If it's fake, I politely reject it. I think I accepted like once(?) a fake proposal, only to learn months later it was fake.

Maybe: the uploader must click the link before confirming the answer?
Or also keep the previous proposal answer, but in a small font?
