Sample Boosting

I know I posted this in The Lunge, but I am only after figuring out now I'm meant to post it here.
Anyway, I think, we should be able to sample boost other peoples samples instead of only being able to sample boost our own.

We are able, just follow the sample first.

in speaking of sample boosting, there should be a limit on boosted samples, at least have them fill a page max
or another idea is to put 3 of the top tier boosted samples on the frontpage, along with a "view more" button below them
