Please help me find a music video from the 2010s, where two guys and a girl were driving a convertible.

An approximate plot. In this music video, the characters take a pill, after they begin to perceive the world around them and themselves as cartoon characters. They get into a convertible and drive around the city, knocking down passers-by, while considering it a fun and innocent game. The picture in the clip changes between reality and cartoon style.
No lyrics or singing, just music
