Unable to access site due to cat image

I am unable to access the site. The site loads, and briefly appears, but then the following image appears.

I am using Google Pixel 6 running Android 14.
I have tried Firefox and Google Chrome
I have tried regular mode, and desktop mode.
I have tried disabling my add-ons.
I am accessing the site from Australia.

Days pass, and the problem still exists.
