Am not allowed to refuse a proposal

Hey everybody, I recently uploaded a song I tried to identify, and someone did share a proposal, however the song wasn't available online, so I contacted the artist who was brought up in the proposal and the song wasn't the same one I was looking for, and for whatever reason the proposal was auto-confirmed, is there anyway to reopen my sample?
