I watched this video around 2012, seems the singer may have had a top hat (not Slash or Tom Petty), song was about money and perhaps money was in the title, seems that there were 3 related videos from the same group all with the same theme, a recurring character in all three was a beautiful woman on horseback, at one point the setting was in an old dark mansion and a man was throwing money off the balcony overlooking the front door.
