Navigation bar

Dear Czar,

Please stick the navigation bar at the top of the page, because when a request has dozens of comments,
it is inconvenient to always scroll back to the top of the page in order to return to Home, My Profile, Mailbox, etc.
The same would be good here on the forum page as well.

And personally I don't understand why new wisdom's needed when there's a "Home" button on a computer keyboard!
