Why is my song sample "quarantined"? Charter criterias?

I have posted approx 20 songs in the last years and the song title+artist was almost always found by users.
Thank you.
Now my most recent sample song request was "quarantined" because it does "not respect the WatZatSong Charter".
I cannot imagine whats wrong with it.
The email which informs me does not tell me the reason.
Even after login I found no hint about it.
How can I find it out?
How can I unquarantine the song?
Where can I read the "WatZatSong Charter" with the list of criterias ?
