Edit Samples and Propolsals

All users can now edit their samples or proposals. Sample deletion is only available the first 10 minutes. Please let us know if you spot any problems

I have had a problem yesterday : the new feature has been abused : i made a proposal on one of Nanah's quiz samples, and after my post, the sample has been edited and replaced by another song, and my proposal has been rejected.

Nanah applies this to ban me from the quizes . Nanah puts on extra quiz rules that are unacceptable , by excluding people to the quizes for various reasons. Here is the discussion :
