I was wondering should sorting "With Proposals" include samples with only rejected proposal(s)?

I think it's more productive to clean requests / ++ if the "With Proposals" sorting is for samples with still open proposal(s).

I love love love the "Not Listened" sorting, but what is the usefulness of the "Listened" sorting?
