Permanent awards

I propose to introduce permanent rewards:
Bronze medal - from 1 000 to 5 000 responses to queries.
Silver medal - from 5 000 to 10 000 responses to queries.
Gold medal - 10 000 or more responses to queries.
For example: Katrina (16383 samples named total). Katrina should have all these three medals.
