Since WatZatSong is community based website, do you think it would be a good idea to add a community chat where many of our users will be able to chat live public, private, create different rooms, etc.

Sounds like a nice idea, but i'm afraid 50% of that chat-content will be something like "please identify my song" followed by a link to a sample.
