We are still working on fixing this issue. It's seen under Chrome and Edge (working OK under Firefox) and as a workaround you can just refresh your browsers after logging in.
Apologize for the inconvenience.

I also had problems last night, I was logged in, then something automatically logged me out and after that I couldn't log in anymore. It wasn't clear to me why some other users could log in. Now it's clear, thanks for the explanation. Everything is fine today.

Occasionally it happens to me, when I’m logged in, to log out on its own, so sometimes I have to log in every 5 minutes. It usually stabilizes after a while and stops kicking me out.

If you are using a Windows PC, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure the network cable is plugged in securely to both your PC and the router.
Open the Network Connections window.
Click the name of your network adapter.
Make sure the network adapter is enabled.
Click the Update Driver button.
Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
If Windows is unable to find updated drivers, you can try downloading and installing them manually from the retro bowl manufacturer's website.
If you are still unable to connect to the internet, you may need to contact your ISP for assistance.
