Bug extract "never listened to"

When I select extract "never listened to" the same are not removed. At the moment I have 7 out of 10 reappearing. I have had this problem for several days

I cleared the cache + used 3 different browsers and still the same problem for about a week

I have also experienced the issue, I listened to a sample, left a comment, and it has showed up in my "not listened" list when I checked an hour later.
