I tried to reset my password via the mobile site, and it didn't work.
I tried two different browsers on my Samsung S8. Samsung Internet, and Firefox.
In both cases, I got to the "you will receive an email" page, but did not receive an email.
I ended up successfully resetting my password on my computer using the full desktop site.

I've run tests myself and received the password reset links within 10 seconds. Let's see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
