A problem when resetting the password

Dear admins/ moderators , community members.

i faced an issue when i tried to reset my password of the profile however, all my requests and closed samples and proposals are deleted directly after i changed the password of my account as you can see here:

Now i don't know what to do ?! , Is that always happens when someone reset his password ?

I am very sorry about the problems you are facing. Were you able to reset the password?
How many proposals did you have? We haven't see this issue before so some additional information would be helpful.

Well , at the beginning i had 5 opened requests , more than 40 closed samples , more than 300 confirmed proposals , and 6 not confirmed proposals , and when i reset my password today , and entered to my profile again i found : 0 opened , 0 closed , 0 proposals 0 confirmed proposals , only the follows rest unchanged as you'll see when entering to my account.
And these are some of my requests:

As you can see these are moved to wzt-fan profile

My account recognized as deleted now i can't even make proposals or put a comment.

This is a VERY strange case as there is nothing in the platform to delete your account if you haven't done it. Are you sure you haven't delete the account by mistake?

We will research as much as we can Monday.

This is really strange yes , and i'm pretty sure i didn't try to delete my account , if i did that then i will not be able to login my account. All i did is changing my password and my account had become like a deleted account.
If there's no way to solve that then the only way is to delete the account definitely , and opening a new one.
