We haven't hidden the sender's address. That's why we wanted to see what it was before, compare and try to find out why it's different now.
It might be from the new email provider we currently use.

Wtz_fan is a special account where all the deleted users posts are moved to.
As far as Sofia, I don’t see her profile deleted? She might have deleted a new sample within the 5 mins timeframe.

This should not happen. Will check it ASAP as all such samples should be just moved to watz_fan user

When someone deletes his/hers profile all the posts, proposals, comments, etc. are moved to a user wtz_fan so nothing should be lost.
If you come across a different case, please let us know
