The added functionality shows YOUR samples and proposals made there. The idea as Nance mentioned above is to notify those users that don't check their emails that they have new proposals they must confirm or reject.
Any ideas for improvement here are welcomed!

We will remove the rejected ones from the list and also from the number showing in the menu

Thank you for the suggestion. We will consider it implementing ASAP. Simiar to how the Mailbox button gets (1) notification badge when you get a new message; the My Profile button next to that, should also have a notification badge like that, when there's a new proposal. That's going to be easier

We've thought about that, but it means that we have to check the badges/number of posts after each post/approval of each user which will for sure cause issues. I see that all of the badges have reset back to zero (Jan 1). I would suggest a better method is to provide the badges based on the last 30 ...
