I've tested several pages on Chrome, FireFox and Edge browsers in the range you've reported and was unable to reproduce this problem. I've also tested in on iPhone. Could you please let me know what browser are you using and could you please try a different one, just for a test.

What browser are you using? What file are you trying to upload - is it MP3 or some other extension? Have you tried with a different file? Whenever I post a sample it just keeps loading and loading...
