I still think that forcing users to do something is not a good idea.Other can also share their opinion.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. Actually at the end of each month, we send a newsletter with all the mentioned statistics above.
We might implement this feature directly into the website.

Well , at the beginning i had 5 opened requests , more than 40 closed samples , more than 300 confirmed proposals , and 6 not confirmed proposals , and when i reset my password today , and entered to my profile again i found : 0 opened , 0 closed , 0 pr...

I am very sorry about the problems you are facing. Were you able to reset the password?
How many proposals did you have? We haven't see this issue before so some additional information would be helpful.

All users can now edit their samples or proposals. Sample deletion is only available the first 10 minutes. Please let us know if you spot any problems
